Entrance
The visitor entrance is on Dam Square. Your ticket shows the selected date and starting time; timed entry does not remove venue access controls or security checks. Only small hand bags up to 30x30x15 cm are allowed inside. Larger hand bags can be left at the free cloakroom, but large backpacks and rolling suitcases cannot be stored there; use a city-centre locker instead. Umbrellas, scooter helmets and back carriers are not allowed, while wheelchairs, rollators, prams and walking sticks are permitted. Check the official agenda before travelling because opening days and times can change.
