  • The I amsterdam City Card covers GVB buses, trams and metros, but not NS trains or regional buses, so airport and regional journeys may require a separate ticket.

  • A City Card activates on first use and then runs for its selected validity period, so checking in on public transport can start the clock earlier than intended.

Can I cancel the City Card or get a refund?
